Lester E. Donaldson, age 99, of Derby, farmer and WWII US Navy Veteran, passed away Friday, December 21, 2018. Visitation 1-5 pm Thursday. December 27, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Graveside 2 pm Friday, December 28, Hillcrest Cemetery, Derby. Lester is preceded in death by his parents and 5 siblings. Survivors include his wife of 77 years, Cleta; son, Gary (Anna); daughter, Linda Johnson (Clark); sister, Dorothea Britt; grandchildren, Heather Cohlmia (Paul) and Holly Donaldson; great-grandchildren, Jeren Jones (Carl), Stormi Potucek (Nick Arroyo), Brody Potucek (Shaelynn), Emery Eck (Matt), Aidan, Lachlan and Greer Donaldson; and great-greatgrandchildren, Rori Turner and Everly Potucek, Autumn Jones and Greyson Eck.
